  • My name is Maria Christina Rojas, (Tina-for short) I live in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
  • I'm married and we have 3 wonderful kids! I began working for the Idaho Falls Catholic Community in August of 2004. I've had the opportunity to learn new skills, help with building up my spiritual journey and just plain getting to know so many awesome people! God only knows how long He plans to keep me here working for this wonderful community? I just hope that I have plenty more life to share with my family and this community! Biography:

  • My Husband, Don Carey, and I moved to Idaho Falls with our two children, Joe and Josh in 2002. Since we started going to church here we’ve felt very welcomed. We’re lucky to be a part of such a loving church community.
  • A little about me: My background and degrees are in marketing, public relations and organizational communication. Most of my work experience is in hospital administration with Intermountain Health Care. My husband had been commuting here from Pocatello for 7 years. But before our boys started school, we decided it would be nice to be in the same town. I also wanted to spend more time with my sons who attend Holy Rosary School. So I quit IHC and went to work part-time for the Tautphaus Park Zoo as Director of Marketing & Development. I was also volunteering in the church office. I wasn’t looking for a new job when Fr. Joe asked if I would come to work for the church. And, you just can’t say “no” to Fr. Joe. So, here I am.
  • Don and I believe in being active in our church and community. We teach marriage prep and RCIA classes and also help out with several other church and school projects. I also serve on the Idaho Falls Symphony Board of Directors and Joe, Josh, and I volunteer at the Soup Kitchen.

  • Biography: I was born and raised in Idaho Falls. I have 2 sons and 1 stepdaughter. 10 grandchildren. I love my family very much and enjoy being with them. I have been married for 30 years to Brian Johnson. I have been doing bookkeeping for 31 years and I enjoy working with the numbers and I love the challenge. The best job I have had is here at the church. God led me here and now I am Catholic. My mother and her family are all catholic also, so they were very proud of me. It has been a long hard road, but well worth it. Praise God for all the many blessings in my life.
